Inshort.in provides a URL shortening service that enables publishers to shorten URLs and earn income through displayed advertisements on their way to their destination. By using the Inshort.in service, you agree to the inclusion of advertisements on the shortened URLs, as it is essential for the operation of the platform.

Policy Compliance and Terms

• Inshort.in acknowledges that the Policy Team may flag issues related to accounts, traffic sources, and shared links.
• In case of flagged issues, Inshort.in agrees to fully cooperate, promptly providing all requested details about traffic sources and links.
• The responsibility to share requested information related to Policy Team concerns lies with the publisher.
• The Policy Team reserves the right to request and review traffic source details, including origin, referral sources, and user behavior data.
• Additional information or clarification may be required for further verification, and it is the publisher's responsibility to provide it promptly.
• The Policy Team has the right to make decisions based on submitted information, and these decisions are final and binding.
• In certain cases, the Policy Team may take action without publisher submissions for clear policy violations or risks to user experience, security, or compliance.
• Inshort.in agrees to comply with decisions made by the Policy Team, whether based on submissions or made without them.
• Failure to provide requested information or cooperate may result in further action, including account suspension or termination.

By continuing to use the Inshort.in platform, publishers agree to comply with these terms. inShort.in reserves the right to update or modify these terms, and it is the publisher's responsibility to stay informed about any changes.

Account Inactivity

If any account is inactive for more than 6 months in terms of earnings, Inshort.in reserves the right to withhold unpaid balances and terminate the account.

Note: Account deactivation requests are accepted, but Inshort.in may store information such as links, statistics, and financial data for security reasons.

Withdrawal Structure

• Deductions like TDS, payment gateway fee and low quality deductions are made on Total withdrawn amount and net amount is sent to publishers.
• In case of suspicios activity, Inshort has the right to disable your future earnings and block the pending payments.

Prohibited Activities

By using the Inshort.in service, you agree not to:

• Shrink URLs containing adult material.
• Place links on threatening, harassing, defamatory, or malicious content.
• Use the service for illegal purposes, including copyright infringement or child pornography.
• Incentivize or beg visitors to click on shortened links.
• Spam websites, forums, or blogs with inShort.in links.
• Bring fake/automated traffic, use iframes, redirects, bots, VPNs, or proxies.
• Automatically redirect or open URLs using iframes or popups/popunders.
• Click on your own URLs to generate revenue.
• Use third-party tools between Inshort.in.
• Create 'redirect loops' with Inshort.in URLs.
• Transmit files containing viruses, spyware, or harmful code.
• Interfere with other publishers using the Inshort.in service.
• Create multiple accounts; only one account per person is allowed.
• Abuse the contact system, including threatening messages or providing false data.
• Advertise Inshort.in on traffic exchange and PTC websites.
• Create multiple accounts under your referral URL to generate referral commissions.
• Violate Inshort.in's Content Category Policy rules.

Accounts inactive for the last 6 months will be automatically closed. Misclassification violations may result in account holds and permanent termination.
