2. Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content has been removed in error or that you have the right to use the material in question, you may file a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include the following information:

  • Your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email address).

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.

  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district where you reside (or if outside the United States, the location of the service provider).

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Removal of Content

Once we receive a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We will also notify the user who posted the content of the removal.

4. Repeat Infringers

We have a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyrighted works.
